Dear Family & Friends, we know many of you want to help in any way to show your support and love for David, Kathe, Dylan, Jared & Jason and we by all means do not want to take that away from you, so if you wish to bring greeting cards, gifts, gift cards, gift baskets or food for David & Kathe during their long stay. Please feel free to let Grace know (210) 643-8263 what time you would like to bring something by... she would love to meet you and update on Dylan's daily progress on the 8th floor PICU waiting area off the D elevator.
No one is longer allowed on the 9th floor unless escorted in by David or Kathe. If things are calm with Dylan that day, Kathe or David will come down to visit but again on the 8th floor PICU waiting room. We respectfully request that you please do not try to sneak up to the 9th floor for this only causes further discomfort with the hard working staff who are there to make Dylan better. In addition, this gives the family time rest, speak to doctors privately and just watch Dylan quietly with no interruptions.
We know everyone is and will be understanding about our request and Love you all for the great show of unity and support you have shown The Mireles Family.
